Ingredients

dumpling wrappers
â–·1 lb ground
pork
 ▷2 cups
Chinese cabbage
â–·1/4 cup
onion
â–·minced shallot, ginger, dry red pepper, 1 teaspoon for each
â–·1 tablespoon soy sauce
â–·1 teaspoon salt
â–·2 teaspoons vegetable oilâ–·2 teaspoons sesame seed oil Â

â–·1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
☞Finely dice cabbage and onion.
☞Mix all the ingredients together.
☞Fill and fold wrappers. Pinch sides to ensure they won’t break open during cooking.
☞Put enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan, lay dumplings in it until the bottom of
jiaozi turns golden yellow.
☞Add one tablespoon of water and cover the pan quickly to make them cooked by the steam.
☞Turn the stove to medium when they are cooked 2-3 minutes.
